Tina McKimmie graduated from the WA Screen Academy in 2008 and has been with Taylor Media since January 2009 in the role of Producer’s Assistant. Though born in Perth, Tina lived in the UK for 15 years, spending most of her time in sunny Manchester. In 2004, she won the joint prize for Best Experimental Film at the Exposures Film Festival. Her short documentary, The People’s Plot was selected for the St Kilda, Dungog, Margaret River and Hearts of Gold Festivals in 2009, and was nominated at the ADG Awards in the Grass category.
